Following the issue of revised Government guidelines and our responsibility to the users, members and employees, the Port Royal Club will remain closed until the current restrictions are eased. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the bar, lounge, changing rooms and showers.
Currently logistically it is not possible to open but the situation will be continuously reviewed and when government restrictions are eased we expect the building to open on the 17th May. We cannot take the risk of spreading the virus or the responsibility of allowing social gatherings against national guidelines.
If individuals do access the club for any reason as may be necessary for maintenance or access to equipment etc they do so in no more than pairs and ensure that government guidelines are followed strictly especially regarding cleanliness to ensure the protection of others.
