Club Classes
Theboat-hire-2021v2.pdf four adopted classes are the Scorpion, Laser, Topper and RS Feva. Other boats are eligible to race in a handicap fleet.
Series & Start Times
We run five series annually, as well as one-off events including long-distance races and team racing. Trophies are awarded at a Trophy Evening social event in November.
Please see the calendar for series dates. Race start times are as follows:
- Saturdays: 14.30 (two races)
- Wednesdays: 18.30 (one race)
- Sundays & Bank Holidays: 10.30 (format varies)
Please arrive approximately 90 minutes before the race start, to allow an assessment of fleet size and conditions to be made.

Officer Of the Day (OOD) Rota
We use a ‘rolling rota’ to decide who will be the Race Officer for club racing. Please either check website calender for OOD duty or list in the club boat store.
